2016 Marches on!
I’ve been working for the past decades to make the results of my research more accessible. I think I’m nearly done (with the accessibility part… the research continues)! Please consider inviting me to speak with your local or national group (community, political, business, academic). My goal is to help people understand the world in new and more useful ways! Please see the speaker information sheet: http://projectfast.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/Steve-Wallis-speaker-sheet-Feb-9.pdf
Also, I am pondering a new approach to help startups identify and clarify potential market niches. Essentially, they would be understanding the existing system, then identifying gaps which they might fill… to create a more resilient and sustainable system. If you have some experience in this area, such as facilitating collaborative groups at Hackathons or Maker events, please contact me ASAP: firstname.lastname@example.org
Bernadette Wright and I made a presentation at the recent APSA Teaching and Learning conference in Portland about the use of systemic mapping in education. The participants were quite interested!
